About Soham Health

We are committed to developing regenerative medical science through data and dialogue.

Our principles:

At Soham Health, we're transforming how regenerative medicine is practiced, measured, and understood. Born from the intersection of cutting-edge clinical science and advanced data analytics, we empower healthcare providers to deliver precision regenerative therapies while building the evidence base that will define the future of healing.

We believe that the next frontier in medicine is about understanding which treatments work best for which patients, and why. By combining sophisticated data collection tools with clinical education, we're creating a new standard for regenerative medicine that's both scientifically rigorous and clinically practical.

While others focus on selling treatments or promoting single modalities, we're building the infrastructure for regenerative medicine's future. Our combination of sophisticated data tools and practical clinical education creates a feedback loop of continuous improvement—where every patient interaction contributes to better outcomes for all.

The Founders

David Crane, MD.

Co-Founder & CEO

David Crane, MD is a pioneering physician in regenerative medicine and the founder of multiple healthcare ventures, including Bluetail Medical Group, Nova Vita Laboratories, and Soham Health. He sees patients in Chesterfield, Green Bay, Columbia, Mankato, and Indianapolis, treating the full range of orthopedic conditions while specializing in musculoskeletal ultrasound for diagnostic imaging and needle-guided therapies.

A Missouri native, Dr. Crane earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri School of Medicine and completed his residency in emergency medicine at Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix. He then entered a dual fellowship program in emergency medicine and primary care sports medicine at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. After completing his advanced fellowship training, Dr. Crane returned to Missouri, where he was a staff physician at Barnes Jewish Hospital and St. John's Mercy Medical Center.

In 2005, he founded Crane Clinic Sports Medicine, where he began focusing on regenerative therapies in orthopedics. Three years later, he opened Bluetail Medical Group, establishing himself as a leader in regenerative orthopedic care. Recognizing the need for advanced regenerative medicine solutions, Dr. Crane founded Nova Vita Laboratory to develop cutting-edge regenerative biologics.

Most recently, he launched Soham Health, a regenerative medicine-focused platform dedicated to educating and empowering providers and patients through data collection and protocol optimization.

Dr. Crane is board certified in sports medicine and emergency medicine. He teaches regenerative therapeutics throughout the country and to doctors from all over the world, sharing his expertise in innovative treatment approaches. When he's not practicing medicine, Dr. Crane enjoys competing in orienteering and adventure racing. He's married and has two daughters and one son.

"We believe in challenging the status quo. The traditional pharmaceutical model often prioritizes profit over patient well-being, offering temporary relief without addressing the root cause of the problem. We focus on regenerative biologics—advanced, naturally derived interventions that support the body’s innate healing processes."
